Through product and service activations

Ti Steps products and services may require electronic activation, where your device and application type, as well as unique device, application, network and subscription identifiers are sent to ti steps. The services shall include operational, maintenance, performance improvement, development, research, events, promotions, advertising campaigns, sending notifications, emails and newsletters and for general administration.

Through the products and services

Change of control

Should TI Steps be acquired by any other company or party all data also becomes a part of the acquiring company’s assets. You agree that such transfer of data and information will also be a part of the acquisition or change. The Purchaser may continue to collect, use and disclose the information as set forth in this policy.
