Being in the recruitment industry for more than 20 years, we see that there is constant demand for talent from companies and on the other hand, an immense supply of talent is on the lookout for jobs. Ideally, this scenario would lead to job seekers having fulfilled jobs and organizations having well curated teams.
Oddly, even with intricate hiring processes and elaborate job searches, companies and professionals still cannot meet “the one” and be satisfied with their choice. We understand that hiring, for a company, is a time-consuming journey with low success rates. We also get that finding the right opportunity seems nearly impossible, especially for those embarking on new careers and transitioning careers.
